Veterans Services
You served. Now let us make sure you get everything you earned.
You did the work. You showed up, you carried the weight, and you came home with a file folder full of paperwork nobody ever sat down and explained to you. Most veterans we meet are leaving something on the table, and they have no idea what it is, because the system was never built to tell you. It was built for you to figure out on your own, and most people never do. That is where we come in. Every service below is led by a veteran, backed by a team who knows the terrain, so nobody here needs the situation explained twice. Whether you are just starting, or you tried before and got a denial letter that made no sense, there is a place for you here. If you want to talk it through with a person before you choose anything, book a free call and we will point you to the right service, even if it is not ours.
VETERANS BENEFITS AUDIT
You have benefits you do not know about. Not one or two — closer to five or six, and often several thousand dollars a year worth. Not because you missed a deadline or filled something out wrong, but because nobody ever laid out your whole picture in one place: your service, your discharge, your rating, your state, your family, your kids' education, your spouse's healthcare, your parents if they depend on you, and your survivors if something happens to you. That is what this audit does. You give us your details, we do the research, and you get back one clear report showing what you qualify for, what you already have in place, and what you have been leaving on the table. No sitting on hold. No twelve government websites open at once. No guessing. Family members welcome too — spouses, surviving spouses, ex-spouses, dependent children, and dependent parents all have their own set of benefits and almost nobody claims them. Whether you separated last month or thirty years ago, it is not too late.
VA CLAIMS ONE-ON-ONE
Filing a VA disability claim on your own is rough, and it is not because you cannot handle paperwork. It is because the VA speaks in codes, forms, and diagnostic language, and using the wrong word on the wrong line can cost you years and thousands of dollars. Whether this is your very first claim or you have already filed and been sitting on a denial, we walk it with you. One session, one veteran, one plan. We look at what happened in your service, what is happening in your body now, and we help you build a claim that actually tells that story the way the VA reads. You leave with your claim in the right shape, in your own words, and you know exactly what is in the package before you send it.
CLAIMS DISCOVERY SCREENING
Most veterans are only filing on the things they remember to bring up, and memory is a bad way to build a claim. The knee you have babied for twenty years, the ringing in your ears you stopped noticing, the back you just call "getting older," the sleep you gave up on ten years ago — some of that is your service, and none of it is on your claim yet. This screening walks through your service history and your health picture and surfaces the conditions you never thought to file for, including the secondary ones that ride along behind the ones you already have rated. You come out with a full list of what may be worth pursuing, ranked and organized, so you are not guessing which claim to work next.
BAD PAPER PATHWAY
A discharge that is not fully honorable does not have to be the end of the story. If your paperwork says something other than honorable, or if you were pushed out under circumstances that were not the whole picture, there are real pathways to review and upgrade — and most veterans have never been told any of them exist. We look at your discharge, we look at what actually happened, and we help you understand your options, what evidence you would need, and what the process looks like from where you stand right now. This is not a promise of an upgrade, because nobody who is honest can promise that. It is a promise that you will walk away knowing your options, in plain English, from people who will not judge the situation.
LEGACY PLAN
If something happens to you, do the people you love know what to do next? Most veterans and military families do not have this piece in order, and it is the piece that determines whether your family walks into an easier chapter or a harder one. A Legacy Plan covers your VA burial benefits, your survivor benefits, your beneficiary designations, and the paperwork, passwords, and instructions your people are going to need — all pulled together in one place with clear next steps. We build it with you, we write it down, and we make sure the people you name actually have it before they need it. This is one of those things nobody wants to sit down and do, and it is one of the most loving things you can do.
SURVIVING SPOUSE COMPLETE
If your veteran has passed, you are not just grieving — you are also being handed a stack of paperwork nobody prepared you for, at the exact moment you have the least energy to deal with any of it. DIC, CHAMPVA, Aid and Attendance, burial reimbursement, back pay, tuition assistance for you or the children, state benefits, life insurance follow-through, headstone filings — every one of these sits on a different timeline and a different form. We sit with you and sort through every single one, so you know what you qualify for, what to file first, and what to let go. Whether it has been thirty days or thirty years, you deserve to know what belongs to you and your family.
WE ALSO PROVIDE
If you are looking for something specific and do not see it above, we probably still handle it. That includes: C&P exam preparation, VA rating increases for existing clients, VR&E (Chapter 31) vocational rehabilitation applications, SGLI-to-VGLI conversion counseling (this one has a 365-day window most people miss), CHAMPVA enrollment for families of living permanent and total veterans, standalone DIC filings, Aid and Attendance applications, the VA Caregiver Program, Concurrent Receipt filings (CRDP and CRSC), SAH and SHA Specially Adapted Housing grants, burial benefits filings and National Cemetery pre-need enrollment, state-level benefit filings and enrollment packages, general education benefits consultations, student loan forgiveness for veterans, SSDI application assistance, PTSD life coaching, and Becoming an Entrepreneur After the Military consultations. Not sure whether we handle what you need? Book a free call. If it is not something we do, we will point you to who does.
WHAT VETERANS ARE SAYING
"I had been denied twice and was ready to give up. A friend recommended LaTonya and it changed everything. She actually listened to my story, walked me through the entire process, and helped me understand what the VA was looking for. I went from a 10% rating to 70% and I finally feel like my service is being recognized. I wish I had found them sooner."
Marcus T., U.S. Army Veteran
"I ain't gonna lie I didn't think 100% was even possible for me. I been dealing with stuff from my service for years but I always just pushed through it. LaTonya helped me understand what I been going through and how to actually talk about it. When I got that letter saying 100% I couldn't even believe it. LaTonya's team really care and they gonna make sure you get what you deserve."
David R., U.S. Marine Corps Veteran
