Returning Citizens

For people rebuilding after incarceration, and for the organizations that walk with them.

Coming home is not the finish line. It is the starting line of a race nobody handed you the map for. Credit that got destroyed while you were inside. Employment that keeps closing the door before you get to the second question. Benefits and support you may qualify for that no one is going to hand you a list of. Housing, healthcare, ID, banking, a phone plan, all of it on a clock, with less margin than you have ever had. We work with you on all of it. And on the other side, we work with the nonprofits, agencies, and businesses that walk this road with returning citizens every day. Whichever side you are on, there is a plan and a team here. If you are not sure which one fits, book a free call and we will walk you through it.

RETURNING CITIZEN SUPPORT (for individuals)

Coming home is not the finish line. It is the starting line of a race nobody handed you the map for.

You need a birth certificate to get a state ID. You need documents you may not have to get the birth certificate. You need the ID before you can open a bank account, sign a lease, start a job, or fill a prescription. Every door wants a paper from another door, and the state holding your birth record is often not the state you are coming home to.

That knot is what our team untangles. You fill out one intake and we build your Reentry and Transition Plan. Not a list of phone numbers. The forms filled in, the offices named, the addresses and hours written down, what it costs, whether a fee waiver exists and exactly how to ask for it, and the first thirty days laid out in the order the doors actually open in your state and your county.

What the plan covers.

Vital records and identification, with the document order solved for your state.

What your state actually allows on your record, with the law behind it, including the times when the honest answer is no.

Reporting deadlines, travel permits, and the technical violations that send most people back. If you are on a registry, your registration deadline with a real date on it and an address checked against the local ordinance, not just the state law.

Court fines, fees, and child support arrears, every balance located and every relief route named.

Work. Which jobs your record does and does not block, licensing, and the hiring credits and bonding that make an employer say yes.

Housing, including the family lease problem, handled before it costs somebody their unit.

Benefits, healthcare, and keeping your medication going.

Banking, protecting your release card, and getting a phone and an email set up, because every other application runs through that.

It includes a working session with our team. Document preparation and navigation, never legal advice. You review and sign everything yourself.

Delivered worldwide and in office in Texarkana.

If an organization, a facility, a parole office, or a program sent you, ask them before you pay. You may already be covered under their contract, and you should never pay twice.

PROGRAM SUPPORT (for organizations)

We take the document layer off your staff. Remotely, with no clearance and no facility access.

Every reentry program hits the same wall. A person comes home and cannot get a state ID without a certified birth certificate, cannot get the birth certificate without a document the facility never gave them, and cannot open a bank account, sign a lease, start a job, or fill a prescription until that knot comes apart. Working it out takes hours per person, and those hours come off your staff.

Our team takes that layer. An intake form comes in and a finished, personalized plan goes out, built on that person's own state and county, with the forms already filled in, the offices named, the hours written down, the fees and fee waivers identified, and the first thirty days sequenced in the order the doors actually open. Document preparation and resource navigation only, never legal advice. The client reviews and signs everything.

What is in a plan.

Vital records and identification, with the document order solved for that state and a script for the counter.

Record relief screening, with the statute, including the states where the honest answer is no.

Supervision compliance. Reporting, travel permits, interstate transfer, and the technical violations that send most people back.

Registry compliance where it applies. Registration deadlines with real dates, and a release address checked against the local ordinance and not only the state statute, because the local rule is usually the stricter one.

Court debt, fines, fees and child support arrears. Every balance located, every relief route named.

Employment. Occupational bars screened, licensing predetermination prepared, federal bonding and hiring credits packaged for the employer.

Housing. Mandatory versus discretionary bars, the housing authority's own policy obtained, and the family lease problem handled before it costs somebody their unit.

Benefits, healthcare and medication continuity across the release gap.

Banking, release card protection, identity theft recovery, and the technology sequence every other application depends on.

Two ways organizations use us.

Augment. Your caseworkers keep the relationship. Our team takes the document layer they do not have the hours for.

Replace. You have the people and no capacity to serve them. Our team does the work and reports the outcomes back to you.

Why it is easy to buy.

Everything is delivered remotely, so there is no clearance, no badging, no escort, no volunteer onboarding and no PREA exposure on your side. Services are delivered worldwide and in-office in Texarkana. Our team contracts as a vendor and not as a subrecipient, so there is no subaward monitoring on your end. Registered and active in SAM.gov, UEI SD1JMUDK4LQ8, CAGE 9WT31. Cohort outcome reporting comes formatted for the funder your organization answers to.

What it costs.

Priced by how many people you serve and how many counties they come home to. First engagements are scoped to sit under the federal micro-purchase threshold, which for most federally funded buyers means one signature and no competitive quotes. Tell our team the volume and the counties and we will put a real number in front of you.
