Customer Service Training
This is not a script. It is teamwork and grace. When one person on your team is down, the other has to be up, because the mission still has to get done. Our training builds that into your people, whether they serve the public at a front desk, in a classroom or in an office. In person or virtual. Travel is built into the price, and every engagement includes check-ins every 90 to 120 days so the change holds.
Your caseworkers know your people. What slows them down is the paperwork. We take the document work off your staff’s plate: IDs and vital records, benefits, housing, employment readiness and record clearing screening, prepared for each person in your program and tracked from start to finish, with reporting in the format your funder requires. We work with reentry programs, halfway houses, agencies and correctional facilities, remotely and through your staff. Every engagement starts with a scoping call and can begin as a pilot.
