Reentry & Transition Services
Starting over is not the problem. Not knowing where to start is.
Life transitions are hard enough without a system working against you. Whether you are coming home after incarceration, aging out of foster care, leaving an abusive situation, rebuilding after homelessness, or navigating life after trafficking — you deserve more than a list of phone numbers and a wish of good luck.
The LME Brand Reentry and Transition Services was built to do the heavy lifting. We prepare your documents, identify your benefits, complete your applications, and deliver everything in one organized package you can use immediately. You review it, sign it, and submit it. We handle the preparation. You handle your life.
We serve individuals directly and partner with organizations to deliver these services to the people they serve. In person in Texarkana, Texas and virtually worldwide.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Returning Citizens People releasing from or recently released from state or federal incarceration — including those on parole or probation — who need practical navigation support to get their footing and move forward.
Foster Care Youth Aging Out Young adults ages 18 to 26 who are exiting or have exited the foster care system and need real support building an independent life without a safety net beneath them.
Domestic Violence Survivors Adults who have left or are leaving an abusive relationship and need help rebuilding their financial foundation, securing their documents, and accessing the protections they are entitled to.
Human Trafficking Survivors Adults who have experienced labor or sex trafficking and need help accessing benefits, clearing their record where applicable, and building safety and stability on their own terms.
Homeless and Housing-Unstable Adults Adults currently experiencing homelessness or at immediate risk of losing housing who need a clear path to stability with real applications and real resources, not just referrals.
If you fall into more than one of these categories, we serve you where you are — all of it, not just part of it.

Every document we prepare is built around your specific situation. Nothing is generic. The team does the research, fills in the forms, curates the resources, and delivers a package built for where you are and where you are trying to go.
