PRE-ENLISTMENT ADVISORY $297
For those still deciding. You have not signed anything yet, and that is exactly the right time to talk to us. Choosing whether to join, which branch fits your life, and which career field to pursue is a decision that shapes years of your life. A recruiter has a job to do. We work only for you.
We look honestly at your goals, your strengths, and your situation, then walk through what each branch actually offers, which jobs are worth pursuing for your future, and which ones to think twice about. You walk away with a personalized advisory report covering branch recommendations, career fields matched to your goals, and the questions to ask before you ever sign a contract. This service begins with a free discovery call so we can make sure it is the right fit before you pay anything.
DAY ZERO READINESS $397 ONE TIME
For those who have enlisted and have a ship date. The goal is simple. Walk into day one ready, not guessing.
Before your session we build a personalized Day Zero Readiness Report covering your specific branch, your job code, what to expect in basic training, clearance requirements, the civilian career value of your job, deployment probability, and the duty stations you are likely to see. Then we sit down together and walk through all of it, including what to document and protect from your very first day. You and your family leave knowing exactly what is coming and how to be ready for it.
DAY ZERO COACHING PHASE 1 STANDARD $197 PER MONTH | VIP $397 PER MONTH
For those in basic training, in advanced training, or settling into a first duty station. The stretch from enlistment through basic and into the first base is the most isolating season of a service member's life. Day Zero Coaching makes sure no one walks it alone.
This is our ongoing high touch program. You get a monthly coaching session, weekly cards during basic training, and weekly text support throughout. We also keep a living Day Zero Coaching Report that grows with you as you move through basic, training, and your first base. Standard coaching is $197 a month. VIP is $397 a month and adds two additional calls each month for the families and service members who want more access. Your first month is collected when you book, and you are billed monthly after that for as long as you stay enrolled.
DAY ZERO COACHING PHASE 2 $100 PER MONTH
For Day Zero Coaching graduates who are settled at their first duty station and want to maintain the relationship. Lighter touch, same commitment to your success.
STAY OR GO $497 WITH PERSONALIZED REPORT
For those at a crossroads, deciding whether to stay in or move on. Staying in means stability and a known path. Getting out means freedom, new opportunities, and a whole new set of unknowns. Neither is wrong, but both require a real plan.
We walk through every angle of your decision together. Your career trajectory, your financial picture, your benefits, your disability potential, your education options, and your life outside of the uniform. By the end you will have clarity, confidence, and a written report that maps out both paths so you can make the decision that is right for you, not just the one that feels easiest in the moment.
NEXT MISSION $497 SINGLE SESSION OR $1,200 FULL PACKAGE
For those preparing to transition out. Your service is not ending. It is evolving.
Next Mission helps you build a real plan for what comes next. We help you identify your direction, translate your military experience into language civilian employers understand and value, and develop a strategy for entering civilian life with confidence. The $497 option covers your transition strategy session and a custom resume that translates your military experience into language civilian employers recognize. The $1,200 package includes everything in the $497 option plus extended coaching support and 90 day check ins that walk alongside you through the full transition, from decision to landing.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1. Reach Out. Submit your information through our Military Services form and tell us where you are in your military journey and what kind of support you are looking for.
Step 2. Your Assessment. We review your situation and schedule your one on one session with our team. This is where we get clear on your goals, your timeline, and the right service for your needs.
Step 3. Your Plan. We build a strategy specific to you and walk alongside you every step of the way.
